As you might already know, we at iThemba have decided to make iThemba School Capricorn a part of the MySchool Community.
What is the MySchool program?
MySchool is South Africa's foremost community support program, contributing more than R1.5 million to schools and charities every month. To date, the program has raised over R63 million. MySchool supports South African learners by creating a sustainable income for schools through a collaborative community support model. The program gives parents and other community-minded individuals a vehicle through which to make a meaningful contribution to schools, in a convenient and transparent manner.
The best part! It doesn't cost you, as a supporter, anything to make a difference!
What can you do to support the MySchool program?
The MySchool card is not a debit- or credit card. In fact, it does not cost you a cent. The card allows you to raise valuable funds for your chosen school or charity every time you swipe it at over 2 500 participating MySchool Business Partners (these include Woolworths, Engen, Waltons, Toys ‘R' Us, Reggie's, Quicksilver, Supaquick, Kalahari.net and many many more).
Please read the Information letters attached for a detailed description of the program or visit the website www.myschool.co.za. Complete the Supporter Card Application form online or the application form attached below. The letter should be returned to the iThemba office on the 9th floor of the GTS offices, Cape Town.
If you have a MySchool card already and would like to change the beneficiary to iThemba Pre-School Capricorn, please phone the Client Service Centre on Tel 0860 100 445 (you need to have your ID No. or MySchool card number ready).
It is very important that all fields have been completed when we submit these forms to the MySchool program. Your attention and effort is much appreciated and will go a long way in benefitting our school and ensuring that contributions are channelled and managed correctly. Apply for the card (and once you receive it) start buying and swiping at any MySchool Business Partners. Every swipe will raise funds for our little school.
